BaVa was founded as a developer oriented design office around two simple ideas: Good design does not have to cost more, and developers do not have to compromise on speed, quality or budget to achieve exceptional designs that are timeless!

Over the years we have expanded our service periphery from developers to individuals who are not full time developers but rather have developer style mindset who are smart, fast and visionary. By bringing expertise from our design built practice we cater to clients and individuals who appreciate speed, problem solving and are firm believers in adding value through design.

Our approach allows us to streamline and add value for our clients who have challenging designs and projects located in Historic Preservation Overlay Zones, Projects that require Design Review Boards or Zoning Administrator (ZA) review, hillside projects, projects with basements, costal reviews, projects destroyed by natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes and flooding.
